Presentation about geology for tourism
Katla Geopark will have a short presentation about the geology within Rangárþing eystra Municipality and the geosites of the Geopark, tailored for people working in tourism. The presentation will be in Hvolurinn on the 25th of May, from 18:00 to 20:00. The presentation will be in English and if it goes well there will be similar presentations held in Mýrdalshreppur and Skaftárhreppur Municipalities.
